MPC 50M
MPC50M and MPC50C are a grade of high precision tooling plate developed specifically for its dimensional stability and excellent machinability. The material is specially manufactured by a horizontal continually cast method followed by an optimising heat treatment.
The difference between the MPC50C and MPC50M grades is that the “C” suffix refers to as cast material while the “M” refers to a pre-machined tooling plate machined to a high dimensional accuracy and poly-coated on both sides with little finishing required.
